Health Centre
A good community includes everyone from baby to Grandma. These people need looking after. New Islington therefore has a health centre. Not just an ordinary health centre, but a shiny new one. The health centre includes a wide range of NHS clinical and therapy services, in addition to two local GP practices, a community pharmacy, a minor injuries unit plus a range of other health services all under one roof.
It’s located on Old Mill Street to ease access, but with its waiting room looking out over the new water and park. We hope you will start to feel better as soon as you walk through the door!
Work started on site in April 06 and the Health Centre opened it’s doors in January 08.
