Part of the commitment that the New Islington Client Group entered into was to work with other developers to make the process as inclusive as possible, and to share some of the risk.
We held a competition to find a developer/architect team to build on one of the plots in New Islington. Following entries from all over Europe, Taylor Wimpey with shedkm architects were selected to develop this site.
