Everything's gone green
We’re using a network of combined heat and power (CHP) plants across the site to generate power locally and reduce the carbon emissions from the way we live our lives, we’re sourcing water from a borehole.
It uses the water that used to supply Boddingtons and made their bitter the ‘cream of Manchester’.
The tutti frutti’s will be expected, correction - obliged to connect to our CHP system which will be providing district heating and electricity – we’re trying to make it even easier for you to do the right thing.
Effectively you’re getting fully environmentally responsible serviced plots. We’re not going to make cheap headline grabbing proclamations of zero carbon, but that’s where we’re headed and the CHP and borehole water will make it much, much easier to get there.
