Here's how it works
We will design and provide the landscaping and public realm around the plots. All the plots include a parking space and heat, power and water services will be brought to the edge of the plot. There will be a shared private garden for the Tutti Frutti residents and the occupiers of the scheme next door. In addition, there’s loads of public open space around New Islington. The Partnership has built a new park, two new canals and a network of squares and spaces that are open to the public.
A small plot costs £160,000, a medium plot costs £180,000 and a large plot costs £200,000.
To get one you need to firstly convince us that you’re serious. We will need to see some sketches of your proposed house. Full details of what we require and how you do this can be found on the nitty gritty page.
If we like your design you’ll be expected to make an initial payment and exchange contracts shortly after.
