We need to 'fess up. We nicked this idea from work that a firm called West 8 have done in Amsterdam. There, it's called Borneo Sporenburg.
We’ve given it our own very special twist, of course. We’ve upped the ante, we’ve added a little spice by fixing the price of the development plots and making sure only the fruitiest are selected, to make this the best street in the whole wide world.
